Voiceover Artists from China who speak Mandarin (also known as Standard Chinese).
The terms "traditional Chinese" and "simplified Chinese" refer only to written Chinese, not the spoken form. Most Chinese voiceover artists can read both.
Those voices from Southern China use Cantonese but write in Simplified Chinese. Those from Taiwan speak Mandarin but write in Traditional Chinese. The only thing you can be sure of is that people from mainland China use Simplified Chinese characters.
